Witan International College was an Anglo Japanese innovative Concept Development Project that was started by Dr Nozu and the Nozu Group with Gyosei College in 1988 and developed into Witan International College. In the latter stages of the Project, the college was owned and administered by Reading University. I started associated research in Spring 2004 and the college concluded its Project and closed in Spring 2008. I would like to thank all those involved with the very positive elements that were generated by this project.
